is not just another clearance company.  We are a Specialist clearance company.  The difference? Well, we specialise in the safe removal and disposal of drug related waste, bodily fluid contaminated effects following an infectious illness such as AIDS/HIV or vital organ breakdown.  We also clear up the aftermath of undiscovered death, suicides and murder, the effects of flood damage or burst sewer pipes.  Perhaps you’ve seen TV’s “Life of Grime”?  General clearance companies would not touch any of the above but

We also undertake normal domestic and commercial clearance as well as offering a cleaning service. We have teamed up with W Smith & Sons, a Property Maintenance company. They will take care of all aspects of property maintenance from the flower bed to the aerial. Councils, Housing Trusts, Landlords, Estate/Letting Agents, schools and householders have all found our services to be of immense value to them.
 
We will not “buy” your house contents and we treat all items removed as rubbish.  Any given quote will be firm, there are no hidden charges. We will produce a schedule of works to be carried out and you will be invited to inspect to ensure that what we said we would do is done.
